Phosphatidylcholine

PHOSPHATIDYLCHOLINE is found in eggs, soybeans, mustard, sunflower, and other foods. Not only is it a component of the neuronal cell wall, it's also a building block of the important neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is involved in memory and learning, and thus may help with cognitive functions such as memory, anxiety, mood disorders and even dementia. It is also used for treating hepatitis, eczema, gallbladder disease, high cholesterol, and premenstrual syndrome and for boosting the immune system and slowing down the aging process.
