Phosphatidylserine

Phosphatidylserine is an important building block of cells, especially neurons. While the body can produce it, most of it is gained through foods such as cow brains, liver, kidneys, soy beans and cabbage. Phosphatidylserine is used to enhance cognitive performance and counter age-related decline, such as the symptoms found in Alzheimer’s disease. It is also used in younger people to improve thinking skills.
