Vitamin E

Vitamin E (Tocopherol) is an essential vitamin that reverses oxidative damage within the cell membrane of all neurons. Without this vital biomolecule, neurons would simply accumulate damage, decreasing in functionality, until unable to function at all. Vitamin E has been used for certain cardiovascular conditions, Diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and for epilepsy, as well as other conditions involve nerves and muscles like Huntington's chorea. It is also used for cataracts, respiratory infections, skin disorders, infertility, and certain inherited diseases. It is found in almonds, spinach, avocado, vegetable oils, meat poultry and eggs.
